Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Scope

Sections 1–4 cover the public Bull Trading website. Sections 5–8 constitute the privacy policy for the BullTrading Markets mobile application.

The public website exists to publish educational materials, neutral tools, and general project information.

2. What the site does not do

The public website does not contain built-in registration, subscription, verification, contact, or other personal-data capture forms.

The site does not use third-party web analytics, advertising pixels, tracking funnels, or similar user-surveillance mechanisms.

3. Technical processing on the website

Like any public website, the hosting infrastructure may record minimal access logs needed to deliver pages, maintain stability, and protect against abuse. IP addresses are anonymized at the point of recording and cannot be used to identify a specific user.

Logs are retained for no more than 7 days and are deleted automatically. Those logs are not used for marketing profiling and do not become a public user cabinet or behavioral funnel on the site.

4. Telegram and other platforms

If a user moves into a Telegram bot, channel, or project app, that step happens outside the public website.

Terms of use for Telegram channels are governed by the Telegram platform rules. Data processing in the BullTrading Markets app is described in Sections 5–8 of this Policy.

5. The BullTrading Markets app: what data is processed and why

On first launch the app automatically creates an account with an anonymous device identifier (UUID) — this is required for the service to work and to sync your settings. At your choice, the account can be linked to Telegram (identifier, first name, username). We also process: interface language, notification preferences, saved posts, an install-source tag, the fact and date of your acceptance of the Terms and this Policy, and pseudonymous app-usage events (linked to the account until it is deleted). This data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Purposes of processing: providing account access and syncing settings; sending notifications (at your choice); improving the product based on pseudonymous usage events (with your consent); user support and compliance with legal obligations. Legal bases: your consent and performance of the user agreement. Data-subject categories: users of the website and apps. Processing is automated.

On first use the app asks for your consent to this Policy and the Terms; the fact and date of consent are recorded. Usage events are collected only after you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in the app or contacting the support bot — processing will stop.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you become aware of such an account, contact the support bot and it will be deleted.

6. Storage and infrastructure

Data is stored on secure, access-restricted servers of our infrastructure providers. Encrypted backups are created automatically and deleted within 30 days.

To operate the service, certain data is processed by the Telegram platform (sign-in and notifications) — to the extent required for that function.

Retention: account data is kept until the account is deleted; application server logs are kept for a limited period necessary for security; backups are kept for up to 30 days. After account deletion, data is destroyed in the primary database immediately and in backups automatically as they rotate.

7. Account deletion and your rights

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Legal section → "Delete account". Deletion is irreversible: the account, notifications, saved posts, and linked sign-in methods (such as Telegram) are removed from the primary database immediately; analytics events are anonymized and can no longer be associated with the account. Copies of data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion and are destroyed automatically as backups rotate; backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.

If you no longer have access to the app, request deletion via the support bot — tell us how you signed in (Telegram or device) and we will delete the account manually.

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking, or destruction, and to withdraw consent — via the support bot or at support@bulltrading.ru. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (in Russia — Roskomnadzor; in the EU — the supervisory authority of your country) or with a court.
