Terms of Service

1. Subject and scope

These Terms govern the use of the bulltrading.ru website and the BullTrading Markets mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

Nothing in the Service is a public solicitation to transact in digital assets.

2. Nature of the materials

Service materials are general informational and educational content and do not constitute individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

All Service materials are addressed to an unlimited audience, do not take into account the individual investment objectives, financial situation, or experience of any specific user, and do not constitute individual investment recommendations within the meaning of Articles 6.1 and 6.2 of Russian Federal Law No. 39-FZ "On the Securities Market". Bull Trading is not an investment adviser and is not listed in the Bank of Russia register of investment advisers. The demonstration (model) portfolio and position breakdowns are published for educational purposes and are identical for all users.

The Service helps with orientation across topics, infrastructure, and risk discipline, but it does not replace the user's own review.

3. The closed layer

If the Service mentions a closed community, an app, or a Telegram bot, that is a description of the project format.

The public website does not disclose internal conditions, private workflows, or sensitive details of the closed layer.

4. Limitation of liability

Users evaluate the relevance of Service materials to their own situation and make their own decisions. Users access Service materials at their own risk and assume all consequences related to such use.

Bull Trading, its authors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of Service materials, actions based on them, or moving into external interfaces.

These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law, including consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

6. Terms of use

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity, and will not use the Service materials for purposes that violate applicable law.

The Service may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal restrictions. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for data accuracy and stable operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions, or the completeness of market information.

7. Intellectual property

All Service materials (texts, graphics, data, interface elements) are protected by law. Copying, distributing, publishing, or transferring Service materials to third parties, as well as automated data collection, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Reasonable quotation with attribution is permitted.

8. Free of charge

The Service is provided free of charge: it contains no paid features, purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms; the new version is published on this page with the update date, and material changes are additionally announced in the Service interface.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms are made in Russian and English; in case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
